I will be posting more entries from today onwards. Why? Because not everyone knows about this blog and if there are people who knows the existence of this blog, I doubt that they will read it. Thus, it is safer. Haha.
Having said this, I will try my best to limit my activities in 4square, facebook and instagram.
Today's topic: 4square.
There are pros and cons in using the 4square. But today I will not venture into details about its strengths and weaknesses. I just want to express the one thing that I have always think of when I think of 4square, which is the element of surprise and mystery are taken away from us.
I love the mysterious and the surprises elements in life. That's what makes life more interesting. But with 4square, you will know the location of your friends and it will not be a surprise anymore if you meet them in the same place. You will also tend to avoid places that your not-so-good friends are at.
You will say that hey, just log off and you will still get your surprises. Frankly speaking, it ain't easy to just log off. You are addicted to it, your fingers are just itchy to log in back and scroll down every single check in. It's the worst addiction ever. Haha.
So, the reason I rarely check in nowadays is to fight the addiction and get back the surprises elements in my boring life.
